Are you one company, or are you a referral service?

Both, depending on the trade. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman are our own techs on our own payroll. Roofing, painting, flooring, and similar specialties come from our vetted network — but we project-manage the work end-to-end and stand behind it.

What’s your service area?

Dallas–Fort Worth metro primarily, with a focus on the inner-loop suburbs. We expand the radius for project work and concierge clients.

Do I have to sign up for a plan to use you?

No. Most of our work is per-visit or per-project. SyncCare and Concierge exist for homeowners who’d rather have us on retainer — but you never have to commit to a plan.

How fast can someone come out?

Most non-emergency calls are scheduled within 24–48 hours. SyncCare members get same-day or next-day priority. True emergencies (gas, water, electrical) are 24/7 for plan members.
