About SynergySync

About Us · Founded 2019 · Dallas–Fort Worth

We run the trades. We coordinate the specialists. We keep your home synchronized.

SynergySync started because home services in DFW were broken in a specific way — not too few options, but too many disconnected ones. We built one company to put it back together.

The Origin Story

Why we exist.

Most homeowners we talk to are not under-served by lack of options — they’re over-served by disconnected ones. You have a separate HVAC company, a separate plumber, a roofer from three storms ago, a handyman whose number you can’t find, and three painters who all want to bid the same job.

None of them talk to each other. None of them know what the others have done. When something breaks at 6 PM on a Sunday, you’re starting from scratch — again — with a new contractor who’s never set foot on your property.

SynergySync exists to be the single coordinated point of contact for your home. The frequent trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman) we handle in-house with our own techs. The specialist work (roofing, painting, flooring, masonry) we coordinate through a vetted network we project-manage end-to-end. The maintenance side — the stuff that prevents the 6 PM emergencies — we run on a subscription cadence so you don’t have to remember.

That’s it. One number. Coordinated trades. Predictable maintenance. No dropped balls.

Our Principles

What we believe about doing this work well.

Flat quotes, not hourly fishing.

Hourly billing rewards slow work and creates surprise invoices. We quote flat, in writing, before any work begins. If we hit something unexpected, we stop and re-quote — we don’t just keep the meter running.

Own the trade, or own the relationship.

For the frequent trades we own the work — our payroll, our tools, our quality control. For specialty work we own the relationship — vetting the contractor, managing the timeline, standing behind the result. Either way you have one accountable party: us.

Maintenance is the actual product.

Emergency repairs are reactive. Real value comes from catching the failing capacitor in October, not the dead AC in July. Our SyncCare cadence is built around prevention because that’s what protects your budget.

Tell people what they don’t need.

The fastest way to lose a customer for life is to upsell them something they don’t need. We tell homeowners regularly that the work they were quoted elsewhere can wait, or be done differently, or skipped entirely. Long-term trust beats short-term margin.

How We’re Different

What you won’t find here.

  • No franchise pricing. Independent, locally owned, no national overhead built into your invoice.
  • No commission-on-sale technicians. Our techs are paid hourly with quality bonuses. The incentive to upsell you on a system you don’t need is structurally absent.
  • No referral fees, anywhere in the network. Our specialist partners pay us nothing. We pay them market rates. The reason we use them is competence, not kickback.
  • No 18-month service contracts. Our SyncCare plan is month-to-month with no cancellation fee. If we’re not earning the relationship, you walk.
  • No “you need a whole new system” without evidence. If we recommend a replacement, you’ll get the diagnostic data that supports it — not a vague “it’s old.”

We don’t try to be the cheapest. We try to be the company you don’t have to call twice.

Service Footprint

Where we work.

SynergySync covers the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — with our densest service in the inner-loop suburbs (Highland Park, University Park, Lakewood, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Lake Highlands, North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Coppell, Las Colinas, and adjacent neighborhoods).

For project work and Concierge clients we’ll extend the radius into Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Rockwall, McKinney, and Allen. Outside that zone we’ll have an honest conversation about whether the response times we promise can hold.

If you’re inside the metroplex and you’re not sure whether you’re in our zone, ask. We’ll tell you straight.
