Vendor Coordination

Maintenance & Inspection

Quarterly whole-home inspections plus continuous attention to the smaller items that don’t justify their own visit — caulk, weatherstripping, hardware adjustments, filter changes, drain treatments.

Concierge isn’t a one-size plan because no two Concierge homes are alike. A 3,000 sq ft single-family with two vendors a month is a different load than a 7,500 sq ft estate with twelve. Pricing scales accordingly.
